How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Edit Profile → Delete Account. You'll be asked to sign in again to confirm. If you can't get into the app, email us from your account's email address and we'll handle it. Our Privacy Policy explains what's deleted.
A game was recorded wrong. Can I change it?
Because a game is shared with everyone who played, some records can't be changed after they're submitted. You can flag a game you disagree with so everyone can see it's disputed.
Does Talli handle money for payouts?
No. Payouts are only a running tab between friends. "Settle up" can open Venmo for you, but Talli never processes, holds or transfers money.
I bought a gloat pack. How do I get it on a new phone?
Sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account and tap Restore Purchases in the gloat pack store. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
Why does Talli ask for my contacts?
To find friends who are already on Talli. Matching happens using phone numbers, and we don't store your address book. You can skip this and add friends by username instead.
